Common questions

I picked the wrong age and now I'm blocked.

Tap Go back on the screen and enter your date of birth again. Nothing is saved after a "no", so reopening the app or the page also asks again.

Where did my favorites go?

Favorites are saved only on your device, since there are no accounts. Deleting the app, resetting your phone or clearing your browser's site data removes them, and favorites on the website and in the app are separate.

A strain's info looks wrong or is missing.

Email us the strain's name and what's off. Terpene numbers are averages across many lab results, so they won't match a single batch you bought. How the data works explains more.

Why can't I find a strain?

The library only includes strains with published lab results. Try fewer letters in the search, or browse A to Z.

Do you sell cannabis or give medical advice?

No. Strain Library is for information and culture, for adults 21 and older.
